I have a horrible pain in my shoulder and tylenol is not working for the pain. is it safe to use icy hot for my shoulder?

well I shall do now as we speak cause my gosh I've been with this horrible shoulder pain for 2 days and wount let me sleep

omg! me too! in like the lower part of my right shoulder blade. I've been using a heating pad. but I think u can use that stuff just not directly on ur belly!
