@gamermommy2015 i have no idea. this is the first time it's been this bad. i just held her close, rocked her, shushed her and tried not to cry. @shesgotitmade it definitely broke my heart

You aren't supposed to mess with them at all, it scares them more 😢 you have to leave them be and get through it alone basically which is terrible it's exactly like with sleep walking never disturb them it only makes it worse 😢 they grow out of it eventually but some need special care if they don't

Night terrors are very common you just need to let them wake up and give them space once they are awake you can then console them

@shesgotitmade, @reaganmommy2015 she was sleeping on me when it happened. she goes to the doctor for her 6m well check in two weeks so if it continues I'll ask about it then. i hope it doesn't.
