you're feeding your baby and that's the only thing that matters

I tried breastfeeding. he wouldn't latch no matter who I saw or what I used a d my SIL said "you didn't try hard enough" it broke me. my husband said as long as we are feeding him who cares.

im trying my best to keep her breastfeeding but i had to go to formula to actually fill her , so making sure your baby is getting what they need is more important

I cried the first time I gave him formula, I felt like I failed at the one thing that I really wanted. But he had to eat and so I got over it and now I'm happy because he's happy.. He got all the colostrum and he got a good amount of breast milk so at least he got something

I tried breastfeeding but my daughter weaned herself. you know those people wouldn't be putting down formula if they were in any of our situations. nothing wrong with it. as long as baby is healthy.

I felt like I fail also. I watched so many of my friends breastfeed and I wanted to so bad. But he's happy healthy and 1 so I must be doing something right.

@heykaidensmom, that's the same girl I was telling you about! she's on a power trip tonight! everyone's wrong in her eyes. but what she doesn't get is TO EACH THEIR OWN. To stop pushing her views down everyone's throat like some ppl do religion 😠😠😠 I can't stand ppl like that. to give an opinion is one thing. but to make someone feel bad by going on and on and on about how what they're choosing FOR THEM isn't right or this this and that in her eyes, that's pushing it. if it's not your body or your baby, back the F off. the app is for SUPPORT not putting ppl down and making them feel less by insisting your way is the only way to roll! 👌✊✌

@heykaidensmom woah, and this is why I'll never have friends. people get butthurt and like to talk smack about me saying I think I'm better than everyone! just because I know something and want the world to know too apparently means I'm a righteous bitch trying to shove my beliefs down everyone's throats.

@neleighh24, you can't tell someone they are "misinformed" because they feed their baby formula, If I didn't give him formula he would have starved to death. I agree that breast is best if possible. For me it wasn't. You also can't just go around commenting on everyone's stuff about what they are going because you don't like it., if you don't like what they are eating or doing then keep scrolling. You might not have been trying to be rude but that's the way it sounded. You haven't had you're baby so you don't know the struggle of nursing. I hope you can nurse your baby the way you want everyone else to nurse theirs. But please think twice before you tell someone they are doing wrong.. It's their baby/body like @uhoh2015 said they can do what they want to/with it.

I used religion as a comparison, again I didn't call you anything BUT pushy. @nileighh24 you have your beliefs on how you want to think the world should go about doing whatever they want. but when someone clearly doesn't feel the same as you leave it alone, don't keep nagging and nagging about its this and it's that.
