so my dr told me not to submerge my son into water until his belly button stump fell off it JUST fell off today does that mean we can finally take a bath together ? or should i wait if so how long do i wait? he's two weeks old

Personally I think Baby is still very small young, fragile, and very new to bacteria and germs to expose in a bath with you. But to each their own. Good luck.

I always got in the tub and let the water run holding baby near and under the running water it soothed her but once it's healed you can put him in a baby bath tub no problem I just suggest not letting the water get in his ears while bathing period until older
