I say get one of those pack & play's that comes with a bassinet. Once they grow out of the bassinet part you can still use it for a long time so it's not a waste of money

Yes, Pack and Play are a great and long time use. plus they are portable.

yeah I was thinking about that too as an option. but should I just hold off on buy a crib until needed

I got a bassist, everyone keeps telling me my baby's going to grow out of it within two months after he's born, so I have a back up pack & play to use afterwards. :)

i have a pack n play my daughter sleeps in (she's 5months) but we're starting crib introduction this week (my choice to wait this long)

I just used a pack n play that has the option of lifting the bed level up and then I dropped it down when baby started to sit up and she still loved it as a bed. she used it as a bed only until she was almost two and too big for it. then she went into a toddler bed. it was cheap and lasted so long

I had a bassinet she only used it for 3 months then moved her to crib

My son slept in his bassinet until he was 5 months old. It was pretty big lol
