Its been so long since iv been on it but I think it was like 2 weeks, like when you start any pill.

It was perfectly fine for me. I had to set a reminder to take it everyday but I liked it well enough

I took that too. My dr told me to take it for a month before I have sex just so that it gets in my system. I never had problems with it.
