Ladies I need opinions. Gonna put a picture in the comments. I don't think it'd extreme tmi but I don't want to bug anyone

So I've been really wet down below. I don't think I'm peeing myself this time. But I can't tell if it's fluid or if I'm having extra discharge. When I wipe there definitely has been more discharge. I don't feel so wet that it's running down my legs but I feel like I didn't wipe all the time. It's enough to leave small wet spots on my dresses. Today I was sitting on the couch and (no judging lol its my couch) not wearing pants and when I got up I had left a wet mark on the couch (which I took a picture of)

Today would be a terrible day to have to go to the doctor but I will if I have too. Does this sound more like discharge than water? its been happening a few days I was hoping it would clear up but I think I have to call the doctor
