had a dream the other night that my husband's family member had her baby before me even though she was due after me. ..anyway, I told him to try and find out if she's delivered yet .. he told me nothing had been said and he'd know by now... but today she posted on fb that she delivered on the 2nd! a whole two weeks early! I was in shock! ..dreams do come true! lol
anyway I highly doubt I'll be able to keep my delivery a secret for so long! !!! why do people do that? are visitors annoying!???

you want your rest. I only told my sisters bc I ended up going to the hospital early. social media wasn't on my mind getting out that hospital and taking my baby home was my only concern

@ariannaandbrianjrmother, it makes sense... but I just know the word would spread so quickly... plus people ask me EVERYDAY has the baby arrived yet

I'm not letting anyone know until I leave the hospital especially my cousin, with my last baby she came to the hospital took pics and posted to Facebook before I could share my own news.

I don't plan on waiting a whole week, but I don't want any hospital visitors besides my older daughter being brought to meet her baby sister. So I will announce it after I get to introduce her and have some time alone with my daughters.

@alianagirl they did me the same but you will want some time to yourself before ppl come. I had my son on the 18th and my sister came to see me on the 19th. I had co-workers who came to see me as well but they text me first to see if it was okay. I couldn't walk or anything like that since I had a c section they wanted to make sure I was okay with them coming. like my husband told me not everything is meant for social media to know. let the word spread and when you are ready that's when you announce it.

Visitors are annoying and you will be exhausted beyond belief that you may have no energy or will to want to check and update the social media world. I didn't even call and text people. My mom, dad & husband took care of spreading the word but it was probably a good week after we got home before I got around to announcing it to social media.
