I'm 14 weeks and my emotions are like a rollercoaster ride. One minute happy and then one minute down as down is. My fiancee is happy that I'm pregnant but everyone else around me isn't. The only congratulations I ever got was from anyone was from a stranger at work. Being pregnant doesn't seem like a blessing like I thought it would be. I'm scared for my baby. I don't want him or her to see and go through all this negativity from everyone around me. :(

Man. I felt the same way.
my bf was so happy when we found out, and so was my family.. I told my best friend, and the first thing she did was say, "what? really? you aren't going to keep it are you? you are? WHY?"
cut that bitch off real quick. just cut the negativity out. they say pregnancy shows you others true colors. I had friends that jumped ship, and few that stayed aboard for the ride.. it WILL get better, you're going to be a great mommy. kinda just have to be heartless and do what's best for you and baby at first.

I most definitely have been seeing others true colors and I'm doing my best to keep it away. My fiancee parents and family are hard to keep fully away. You are right, if they don't like it then they dont need to come around and surely my baby don't need them around either. Unfortunately, they will keep coming around because they thrive on gossip. Thank you:) You are the second person now who's congratulated me.
