He thinks he's going to get full custody of her when she's born and that'll never happen. I don't do and never did anything to justify that. I don't smoke. I don't drink. I don't do drugs and I never did. I plan to breastfeed her and no judge would ever take her away from the 20 year old mother who does nothing wrong and is going to breastfeed, and give her to the 18 year old father who smokes, drinks and gambles as the rest of his family does. She will be here in a month and he's never bought anything for her. How the hell does he think that would ever happen.

he is trippiiin! girl you better save every text, social media message, voicemail, ANYTHING and EVERYTHING he sends you as evidence just in case you end up in court fighting for custody.

Plus you can tell the nurses at the hospital who is and isn't allowed to visit you and they have to respect your wishes.

if he wants a paternity test he'll have to go to court and get one also. so don't make it easy on him.

lol he can't do that you can request to the hospital that you don't want him in the room lol the security gard won't let him in. and if the baby has your last name and you don't put him on the birth certificate he'll have to go to court to even be put on it. he gotta go through court but they look for what's best for the child. your gonna have to have a job a stable place to live and all that. before they consider taken baby away.

Ignore him. I had to do tht with my sons baby dad n i aint heard from him now in 2 months. Take in a list of names of those u want in there at the hospital n leave his off. Keep texts especially threatening ones. My sons bd threatened me like that saying he has more money for a better lawyer. I have boughten everything for my son, i have no criminal record. He does. We both dont smoke. He drinks i dont. Most states give rights to mothers first. He would seriously have to find any way to prove u unfit. My uncle got rights over his two kids and still has to go to court over his rights bc my state keeps trying to give them back to a mother who litterally tried to kill her kids. Like i said it is seriously hard to take away a child from their mother. Breastfeeding helps also bc u cant give a male a way to breastfeed that i know of anyways. Keep ur last name on the birth certificate dont tell him when u go in for the birth. Theres so many things he doesnt realize. And please i know your not dumb but dont tell him all the crap u can do. When u tell him then he can look for loopholes and stuff be smart and keep ur information private. Saying i can take u to court over this or that or i dont have to put ur name on the birth certificate is a push for him to do something. He wants to be an ass simply say ur not dealing with it and let him be an ass. Its more to bring ip in court when u can show ur being the adult and not fighting with him then to try and argue and u both look like little kids. He is gunna try to get u pissed off just ignore it.
