You don't have to. Alcohol leaves your milk when it leaves your blood stream. So have a drink after baby goes to bed you'll have plenty of time for it to leave your milk before next feeding. @alicia3_21 @alianagirl

well he wakes up like constantly :( so I would never know. like we could go to bed at 10 and he'll be back up before 12 to nurse. @thehowtohippie

2 hours per drink. 1oz of hard liquor. 1 mixed drink. 1 beer or wine or wine cooler. As long as you got 2 hours you're fine. Or you can pump before hand just in case you don't make the 2 hours.

yeah I'm just scared lol!! I guess I'll start keeping track and if the first time he wakes up isn't for two hrs for like 2 weeks straight then I'll give it a shot lol!!

Last night I went out with the hubby and I timed it, I had 2 beers and had milk stored :) just like @thehowtohippie said every 2hrs for 1 drink
