ladies I need your help, I was at work and bent down to pick something up and I got this shooting pain from my pelvic bone to the top of my butt cheek, now it hurts so bad I can't even walk. I tried massaging it to maybe elevate whatever was hurting but it didn't help at all, I'm literally stuck in this position on the couch at work. what is this? is this a normal pregnancy thing? it hurts so bad. it feels like a pinched nerve maybe.

Maybe it's your sciatic nerve. There's been a couple times where I can't even walk cuz the pain on the top of my butt

Yup, @febbaby1416 I agree. Sciatic nerve for sure!!! Unfortunately, there is not much you can do about it as the pressure of your uterus on the nerve is the culprit. I am having the same issues this pregnancy. It's all a waiting game!

It depends. Sometimes not long other times its longer. Try seeing if you can stretch it out. I'm sorry your hurting :(

Its sciatica I have it too, the baby is lying on something. I think the longer she lays there the longer it will take to go away. My mom hasnt had kids in 15 years and still has it

It's is sciatica when you get home take a warm bath it should help the baby is sitting on it more then likely
