When changing a newborn diaper the first time you will see black-green poop don't be alarmed it's called Meconium it's cleaning out the baby system.

It is made up of mucus, amniotic fluid, and everything your baby has ingested while she or he was in your womb (uterus). Please make sure you use a lot of wipes cause it's sticky and tar like it will take awhile to clean it. If you have a boy point the penis down or cover it will a baby wipe you don't want him to pee on you or get a unexpected shower😋. Don't worry mommies it's just temporary the poop color it will clear out the baby system and it will change color green, yellow and brown depending if your formula or breast feeding it might be totally different.
