it's normal. I had the same thing around that time but it stopped. I'm 30 weeks now and haven't had any yet but I'm sure they're gonna start again

Just drink lots of water I've heard that sometimes we get the Braxton hicks because we don't drink enough water. I started getting mine at 30 weeks

I drink 7-10 bottles a day. is that enough? sorry I feel so stupid. my anxiety is so bad right now. I'm freaking out.

No prob. And yes los of water. bit it seems like being pregnant you can't have enough. all I drink is water and my lips are always dry lol

I think that's fine I'm not sure how much water we supposed to drink but I just heard that we need to drink water and helps with Braxton hicks

yeah it's referred to as water intoxication or over hydration. but you have to drink aaaalooootttt to get to that point. @sweetyx
