I went to the ER for pain and brown spotting last night and they said it was nothing, now I have less pain but pink spotting. am I overreacting?

I would go back as well, after my last miscarriage I freak out at every little thing. Especially if you are spotting more.

spotting can be normal In early pregnancy.  but I would go to the er just to be safe .
