Scheduled bc baby was breech. No issues. Very routine. I was nervous before but everything went well! Only glitch was I vomited after for a while bc I can't tolerate meds. Other than that recovery wasn't terrible. Good luck!

I've had both emergency was scary because I didn't have any pain meds, but scheduled c-section was very easy.

My c section was recommended but not scheduled , they knew my baby was going to be big an I was set on a vaginal delivery. My water broke at 39 weeks. Got to the hospital at 7am, around 11 they were going to start giving me mess to speed things up & my doctor came in a suggested a c section again, so we went with one an at 1140 my daughter was born. I was in the worse pain, an I was throwing up which made the pain even worse. My c section recovery was hard an painful. This time around im praying for a VBAC. Good luck hopefully u don't have to have one

my sister had one she said she was numb and puking like the exorcist cause they gave her to much of the epidural medicine. lol she didn't like it and she was in pain for a lil while after but she had two beautiful twin baby girls. I had to help her with for a while♡

mine was a emergency c section I labored for 32 hours pushed for 30 to have her be lodged in my pelvis so they took me and it was the worst experience ever! it was painful and scarey. then when they got her out she didn't cry because the cord was around her neck 3 times I guess she was blue I don't remember that part. then I got a glance at her she was fine by that point and my bf went with her and I was left alone to get stich ed up and brought to recovery for about 2 hours before I even got to see my baby I hated my c section but am thankful because she probably would not have been okay if I had her vaginally

Thank you ladies! Hopefully I don't react bad to the medicine if I have to have one. I heard you have to fast before if its scheduled. I just want whichever is safer for her so if she's still breeched or they recommend it anyways, I'll do it. @mack1737 @dallasdawn13 @emx2 @february2016 @steph11
