TMI but is it dangerous to get small hemorrhoids when you are in your 3rd trimester? I know it's normal and that it happens often but when you get one, do you need to treat it immediately or do you let it go away on it's own?

I don't have it. But my sister do and she's in her 3rd trimester they told her that it should go away on its own and to use witch hazel

Yeah @february2016, mine get itchy and it's really irritating. But if they don't go away I am going to try cream or something. @kodiskye0101, what is witch hazel?
