the best thing of being kid free is, I can eat all of these Ecuadorian empanadas by myself! I only share with the baby inside of me lol.
@karnawest, well the dough I bought it already cut and formed. there's 2 kinds, one you fry and the other you bake. you just put a a good amount of cheese and you just fold. I sprinkle sugar on top. but I think the beef is Argentine? I done that one. I cooked beef, pinto beans, and once they're done. I put them in the dough, with cheese then fold. bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. pretty simple actually.
