I've been having Braxton hicks and false labor contractions all night on and off I was able to sleep…

Try to get up and walk around, I read if you do that (and it really is false labor) that they should get easier and lighten up

@vjsoto, I have lol and I end up hurling over cause the pain is no joke lol I have to breath deep to get through it and I just sit down til it goes away

I was going through that. tried to walk through them and had to stop and bend down. It was all bad. I was in labor 6cm when I got to the hospital. "So maybe labor is near " 😍💜

I took the quickest shower in life when I was having contractions.. and the hot water didn't make nothing no better. Hopefully today is your day. 😍😙
