QUESTION regarding maternity leave. ... if I wanted to stop working now but have no complications except extreme swollen feet, will my doc allow for me to stay home until baby arrives and would my short term disability need some sort of "proof" that I'm not able to continue working? 39 weeks today. I was supposed to work until next Thursday.
