my almost 2 week old drinks 2 Oz , he was 10 lb 15 Oz at birth and he sometimes still acts hungry but anytime I have given him any more then that he spits up ALOT. any suggestions ? they told us to feed him every 3-4 hours and some times he is hungry at 2 hours I'd he's been up the whole time.

Feed him when he wants to eat that's what I do. I feed my baby on demand.

my 3 week old eats 2 to 3 oz every 2 hrs an sometimes wants more an when I give her more she spits up but then sometimes she doesnt. my doctor told me to try an just stick with 2 oz every 2 hrs or 3 to 4 oz every 3 to 4 hrs. this probley doesn't help you any but I'm going thru the same thing.
