Sometimes when they have bumps by their little boy parts and butt it's usually a yeast infection both my boys have had it and it's we treat it with lotramin (foot cream) that's what the dr said to use and is always gone within a day or two@melia
@kaylareese26, my son just has little bumps on his face amd back of head and his face is red where the bumps are . i thought heat bumps but im not sure.

what does that look like ? cause i cant figure out what these bumps are on my son that he has and wont go away.

Oh I thought you meant down there, it's probably baby acne they get it when they are that small it will go away on its own. @melia

@melia this what his rash looks like @kaylareese26 doc said it was eczema but its spreading.
