I finally got to go poop and I didn't pee at the same time but there was blood. I don't know really where it came from. but I don't know if I should worry or not. or keep checking on things...

Was there blood when you wiped or just in the toilet?

Did it just come when you wiped? If so, it could because your stool was harder or larger and cause irritation, which caused blood. Something that is differently common with pregnancy.

As @momwifefoodie, it could be because the stool in just irritating your anus area on the way out. Possibly maybe an irritated hemorrhoid? Another lovely perk of pregnancy. Either way I don't think you need to worry as long as you're not in too much discomfort.

I would just monitor it mama. But if you're stressed its totally expectable to contact your doctor to just put your mind at ease. That's why you've got one ☺️

This totally happened to me the other day and I freaked out! Haha. My nurse said that especially after a bout of constipation a large BM could cause a little bit of bleeding around the anus. As long as it's not actually IN your poop and it isn't persistent you should be okay.
