friend on my fb her son needs one cause of the side of his head bein flat from laying on it so much. it's just to help round the head out.

It may be necessary, my daughter almost needed one too but we made sure she didn't lay so much on her head by putting her in her bouncer and swing more.

My son had a flat spot in the back when he was younger. It's filled out now and he doesn't have it anymore. They have so many soft spots when they're so little. Their heads will fill out and fuse together when they hit 18 months.
