second pregnancy and haven't really experienced any cramps this time around .. just some side pinches and lower back pressure.. I did have one sided pain but was told it was normal as long as I'm not bleeding. is this normal? My symptoms so far are breast tenderness, a little nausea, gassy, and fatigue.
