Until you aren't physically comfortable anymore. It will start to feel a little claustrophobic and squishing.. Like harder to breathe. Didn't happen for me until probably like 22-24 weeks. If it doesn't bother you though it isn't bothering the baby <3
I was wondering this too! I'm at 22 weeks now & laying on my back is still comfortable! but I know laying on my left side is better for the baby so I keep trying to force myself to
I did it the whole time my last pregnancy.. and I was fine and so was he.. I only did it while I was sleeping so I really didn't do it.. but in the morning I would lay on my side and what not.

I think my pregnancy book said 18 weeks. It's def a struggle.
