question for you ladies who had an epidural... how much time went by after you gave birth before you regained enough sensation in your legs to get up and walk around?

definitely before I left the hospital... I had one with all 3 of my kids and was walking that same day

Close to an hour I could move my legs fully, but I could feel my feet and wiggle my toes with the epi

I could move my left leg the whole time. but it took a couple hours before I could get up and go pee.

I think it just took like a hour maybe less.

@levleah, when I got up to actually walk for the first time my legs felt heavy and tingly 😁

@paigesanchez14, that's what I've heard! I was thinking it would be the next day that I would be able to get up, though. glad to hear I'll be up sooner than that (hopefully)
