after not having any pains or anything all day apart from feeling sick, the aches and pains are back again. feeling heavy down below as well, feels like someone is pulling down on my hips. been doing big bounces on the ball but it just makes my stomach feel weird now. just fed up of feeling an ache or pain and them having it lead to nothing, it just gets my hopes up and leaves me disappointed
