Do any of you mommies know what I can use for "baby thrush". I tried wiping my baby's tongue with a wet washcloth but it didn't help. I hate the way it makes her mouth look.

if it's thrush you have to take her to the doctor for medicine. & for just the white stuff wipe with a clean wet wash cloth after every feeding

If it's thrush, you'll need medicine(nystatin). My daughter has thrush and is on it now.

@queenof2, @jrsmommy your need to take then to the Dr.and get nystatin but if you are breastfeeding you also need to get Gentian violet from the pharmacy it will help clean you boobie milk on the inside. that's what my Dr told us to do
