I hit my stomach at the top really hard with a cart but it was this thing sticking out of the cart that got me it's really sore no bruising and my stomach is hard as a rock but it kinda always is I'm really small 115pnds @24wk ... anybody know about placenta abruption and can tell me Signs pm me if it's a sore subject iv had many blows to my belly latley
