There are Facebook pages, people post job openings on them. There's also Craigslist. Edd.gov. .. you can seek government help at your local human resource building.

when we moved in to our apartment, we used furniture I had at my mom's, things that they didn't use, and we got our couch at goodwill, and it's still going even though it's been awhile, check if any friend or family have chairs, tables, shelves they don't want or aren't using, and yard sales good too, look for sales, but if you need baby stuff ask your doctor of they know of organizations or places thay can help.
