Any mamas dealt or dealing with postpartum depression?? what did you do to get help and did it help…

Currently dealing with it. I'm debating calling my ob to see what they say. I'm always crying and sad and just feel so overwhelmed.

they really don't. I feel like I get punished for my emotions but I get it, he can't relate so I can see why he's frustrated. I'm still learning how to do that myself @bird1234

i dealt with it as soon as we came home...i talked to my ob the same week..he prescribed me with viibryd..and i believe it has helped or maybe i just needed time...but i feel mych better...i actually losr alot of weight the first 2 weeks so i was happy abour that but it was cause my anxiety was causing me not to eat...but now i still hVe all my baby weight and its making me frustrated...but im gonna work on it...if you ever need anybody to talk to u can always message me!! 😊
