35 weeks! Only one more to go until I am finally in the clear to deliver on our military base!…

lucky. I have no choice but to deliver in a German one because the only military one with L&D is 4 hours away from my base. luckily I got a really awesome lady German doctor with a great reputation

That sucks @armybaby I wouldn't want to deliver in a foreign hospital. I've heard stories about the Italian ones here so I definitely don't want to go there lol I'm just hoping to make it to next week then I'll be safe to deliver whenever

one of my friends went to the hospital I'm going to earlier this year for her daughter and she loved it. and I haven't heard anything bad about this one. some of the slightly closer ones I've heard terrible stuff about and tricare let me pick where I wanted to go

like one of my friends doctors at another hospital never told her about her daughters bilateral cleft lip. she found out in the states a few weeks ago when she went back, and that it was visible at 12 weeks. she said that guy hates Americans though, and only sees Americans for the tricare money

@armybaby, that's crazy! Italians don't like us so that's why I really don't want to have to go their. Plus they don't believe in epidurals and the language barrier is annoying enough as it is. We have to have a translator when you go to the hospitals here and half the time you can't get ahold of them!

that's insane. another girl I know, they messed her epidural up bad at Weiden. like ruptured her spinal cord bad. and wouldn't give her anything but Tylenol for pain, then kicked her husband out of the hospital when he started yelling at them because she was in pain. I'm so glad I picked amberg. most of the nurses speak decent English, and my doctor speaks excellent English, just with a really thick accent
