How many ultrasounds did you first time mommies have? I've only had two one at 10weeks and then my anatomy scan at 19…

y does it have to be so exspensive to see your baby :(

idk I paid for my anatomy scan because my Medicaid hadn't went through yet and the other ultrasound they charged to my Medicaid

I had 2. One at 22 weeks for gender, and to confirm how far along and general well being, and the other at just after 40 weeks to check placenta and see if I needed to be induced (I was). I was told medicaid will only pay for 1 at 20 weeks unless the doctor orders it because of medical necessity.

I have had 3 so far and possibly 1 more. I was told 2 is standard. I had one at 8 weeks to confirm, another at 18.5 for anatomy, and the last was at 29 weeks. My baby was pretty big at 18.5 weeks, so they wanted to check his growth. He's still in the 96%, so I will probably get another one around 35/36 weeks.

I had 7. I too find out how far along, 1 to confirm ob, 1 for gender, 1 for anatomy, 1 level 2 for a cyst on her brain, 1 to make sure the cyst was gone, 1 for growth at like 32 weeks and 1 at 40w1d to check on plecenta

I had 1 with my first but I will have 3 with my second. I had one at 15 weeks to find out the gender, 20 weeks for the doctor, and will have one more really soon before she's born.

I'd just be happy with one ultrasound. And apparently Imma be going every 2 weeks now

i looked forward to my visits. even though i switched docs i still get them once a month but only because of my bp. Thinking of switching back to my old doc so i can only have one visit instead of two a month

at my 1st doc i was getting one at every visit which was once a month.

I'm 21 weeks & so far, I've at 3! but I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was 18 weeks along

I'm going to :) hopefully they will I'm on Medicaid and go to tfhc so idk

You can always ask for one, I do and they send me for fetal measurements

I'm hoping I'll get one more don't they need to do one to measure baby?
