My company used to allow us to have our phones on us. They're NOW saying that we can't have our phones on us at all and must keep them in the back where there are no cameras. I'm sorry but no. I don't even have a purse to put my phone in, and I don't trust my managers to keep my phone in the office. Wow I need a new job asap because this one is seriously bullshit.

@queendavis, exactly. My husband and I work at the same company and the same rules apply to men. So what's gonna happen if I'm at home and he's at work and I go in labor? I don't have my work number in my phone, and even if I were to call the company, I would get an automated message system and spend 5 minutes trying to actually be able to talk to someone. It's such bullshit.
