This may sound like a really dumb question, but what does heartburn feel like ? I've never had it before pregnancy, and with all the weird bodily changes that have come with pregnancy, I don't know what is what. 🙈

when you feel like your chest is burning. one thing that may cause that is spicy food i get heartburns.

@baby_nathan, I haven't experienced any burning, and I eat spicy food quite often. I have experienced where I just feel like burping and I can't, and it feels like I have acid or something in my throat.

it's when you feel your chest burning it's an uncomfortable feeling trust me

I get heartburn from eating buttery food and now I get it just from being pregnant! It feels like there's a little fire burning in your chest and is really uncomfortable when you lie down. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with heartburn and run to get some tums. You will know you have it when you start to get it.
