I slipped twice getting in my truck was raining kinda of felt like a hard jump will the baby be okay didn't fall on my stomach or anything feeling worried now 20+ weeks pregnant

Baby should be fine if there was no direct blunt force. They have a lot of room and cushioning in there. Just watch out and make sure you're getting fetal movement and look out for cramping or bleeding. But honestly, I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. Especially at 20 weeks. I've fallen and baby was fine.
