can i get an opinion on what yall would do..... so I had my sons dad put on child support in 2010 and he was paying for a while and then he didn't have a job and he told me he was struggling and having a hard time and we were kind of trying to be together again but it didn't work but anyways he lost his license and then no job and he asked if I would cancel the child support and he would pay me 200 a month, the cs order was only 264 a month and I didn't want to be the evil baby mama so I went and canceled it and since then he only pays me 100 a month here and there and I remember one time I asked him for money for car insurance and he said I support my son not you. so it was canceled in 2013. this year I decided to Redo it and I went to reapply but then the cs people told me that it was never completely closed because money was owed so they said he owes me 13,000 in back child support. is it wrong to get him for back child support even though I thought I had canceled it??

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I need some help/knowledge on child support and taxes?! Her father pays child support monthly.. My daughter lives with me, I haven't filed my taxes yet. I'm planning on doing it this weekend. My ex just texted me and said - "Hey my dad is doing my taxes for me and he needs ur social security number n your full name, cause I need to claim back some of the taxes from the child support. And he said u can still claim Mia it won't affect it he already asked the tax people. So if u can send it over that be great thanks." However, when I googled it...I found out child support is outside of taxes. I FEEL like he's lying to me to try to get my social so he can claim our daughter. Anyone know?!
