Yeah I'm stock Im stocking up as well...I haven't purchased any nb because I figure they grow out of them quick but not according to this source... so I guess I'll grab a pack and then get more after my shower depending on what people get us...right now I have 2 packs of 1s and 4 packs of size 2 and a box of size 2

@optimommy, my friend's daughter is 3 weeks old (7lbs at birth) and she's gone through 200 NB diapers and needs more. I thought they grew into size 1s a lot quicker than that... looks like I may buy another pack!

you can always exchange for different sizes. my little boy is 9 lb 6oz and never fit in new born. hes only 11 days old and we've already gone through a pack of diapers...

@optimommy, I've got about 100 NB diapers so far (I think it was 106 in the pack)

my baby was 8.85 lbs born and rhe new born and size ones are pretty close for us. we just moved to size 2s

yeah I looked at it backwards we did nbs for 3 weeks about 4, 30 or whatever count. then from4weeks to 12 weeks we used size 1s, which was I'm thinking probably 400, we got a huge 200 cnt cox a normal 100 box and like 3 or 4 small packs. and I exchanged a few small packs for a larger size. thankfully if you get to many in one size you can exchange them at Walmart for a different size no problem

no problem. I never really sat down and thought about how many diapers we've used. it sounded right.

we only bought 200 of those and I got them at BJ's for a touch over 30 bucks. so I thought it was reasonable

yes he started out size one but we already knew he was going to be big haha. plus every baby is different. sometimes I change him 4 times within 30 minutes because he isnt finnished but I dont want him sitting in mess. im a ftm though so I'm still learning!
