I dont know of its the same for everyone but if you go on to chp traffic online it will show you recent accidents and updates on what's going on

@shortiebs, yeah people pulled over and luckily one of them was a nurse practioner.. his dad got ahold of him and they said he was okay and he was talking to the cops.. it was just so scary because I heard everything... him screaming, tires screeching, the car flipping and then it went silent.. I thought he died...

@threekings101415, I have no idea.. he hasn't called me back. His step mom was saying something about a car was exiting and it changed it's mind and he had to swerve to not wreck and his car just started flipping..
