I need breast pump suggestions I'm a first time mommy and have no idea where to start what features are better, better branda, I have insurance just called but I have no idea how to pick one out of all the options..

Medela double electric is a good option. I believe it also comes with a hand held. You also look on Amazon at reviews of the ones you can get. That might help a little better. I had the Medela and Ameda before they both were pretty good. But I'd prefer the Medela.

Definitely the Spectra 2. It's a closed system and instead of pulling like the medela it more massages. I can get way more output in a shorter amount of time. I've tried about 5 different pumps and it's by far my favorite. It's hospital grade as well.
