my baby daddy and I broke up a while ago. he's very mentally abusive and I'm terrified it'll turn into physical. so we kept a sorta bond going. I did it because he threatened to take my daughter away and hurt me. my boyfriend knew this. someone I considered my friend told my BD everything. he then started calling me an unfit mother, that he will call the cops on me saying I'm keeping his daughter from him and more. he would've never known this if she didn't do this. yes I was wrong for lying but I did it for my safety and my babys safety. she then said she did it as revenge for my BD telling her boyfriend she slept with someone else (that happened last year)
I know I was wrong but I think it was very very messed up that she did this. and she uses my preggie account as "proof". idk what to do! can I report her?

he knew. what he didn't know was that I was with someone else. he wants to have me arrested for neglect because I fell for someone else. I knew he would do this so I didn't tell him but she did @jrose114

what bothers me is I had a plan to break it to him easy. my boyfriend knew this. my so called "friend" used my preggie account as "proof" that I was with someone else and "not putting my daughter first" @jrose114

You know that you put your daughter first. There are a ton of people that get into new relationship during pregnancy or after. I would worry about it. You are not doing anything wrong. Your daughter is doing good you are good.

If you don't have court papers ordering specific custody of the child you both have equal rights. The police won't take lo from one parent to the other for any reason, much less because one of the parents are in a new relationship. Especially if the new SO is clean on records, drugs, etc.
