Tall to the mom, see if you got the paper work and an attorney if she'd sign him over, all she'd need to do is pick him up. Adoption can take years, be very pricey, and sometimes married for a year or 2, but maybe if you go through the mom directly, and get legal stuff you need it'd be easier.

Well it was actually a medical malpractice accident.....she was born with a heart condition and had all her stages of surgery and was doing great... Well she needed another hear cath to foil some vessels so they could regulate her blood flow but her doctor was on vacation for 2 weeks. So they was going to just monitor her in the hospital till her got back.... So they went to sedate her I put a pic line "IV" in her arm....so that she didn't have to go through any pain or stress. And when a child with that heart condition gets sedated more than likely they will need to be ventilated...bc their oxygen is already lower than the average child and the sedation makes it lower also. Well like expected she needed ventilated but come to find out she had fluid (phnemonia) in her luns and they could not ventilate her. Which caused them us to loose her. 💔the bad thing is 2 days before I told her doctor that she needed to see a lung specialist because while she was in the hospital she gotten sick and I knew something was goin on with her lungs but he didn't listen to me and denied my request. Now because of that they didn't discover the fluid in her lungs. 💔😭😭😭

oh im so sorry 😢 i can't imagine what you are going through sweetie. she was beautiful and now she is in a better place being taken care of by Father. One day you will also be with her.
