I've been having contractions since 3am it is now 4:41am. They hurt so bad & my water hasn't broke…

I've been having contractions since 3am it is now 4:41am. They hurt so bad & my water hasn't broke yet. I think they are real contractions bcos I feel it everywhere and when I lay down or move it doesn't get any better. The pain is all in my lower abdomen, my lower back, my pelvic area and my legs, rite by my pelvic area. Are they real or Braxton hicks??? 🆘🆘 help
