i like the organic one from whole foods. fo u take it with an empty stomach? it helps if you eat first or you can try gummies or liquid.

if you dont eat be4 you take them that can be the cause.

I love the Enfamil prenatals and I was told by my Dr to take them right before bed to help avoid the nausea

I take the nature valley with dha because we got it a Costco and it was like 20 bucks for 150. I keep it by my bedside so I don't forget to take it. I take it at nighttime maybe that will help if you take it before you sleep.
