Hey mommys!! I got a question!

I give birth to my son 7 months ago and I had to stop breastfeeding because I couldn't make a lot of mike for my son. And my boobes stopped leaking. But for the passed 2 months my boobs have been leaking again. Could I be pregnant again . I took a test and it said no. But I been getting weird mood swings and everything. But idk I might have to go to my ogbyn.
