@yahuahsdaughter, for the sauce I use guajillo chiles, hatch chiles, tomatoes, garlic, oregano all boiled together then strain. Dip the tortillas in sauce then pick your meat to stuff. Roll then too with cheese and olives to bake for 15 minutes
