Really bad cold and congestion and I can't take anything but robitussin which works for the cough but I can't breathe I can't rest and I can't do anything! I am miserable 😢 home remedies to see if I can get better. It's been like this the last 3 days

Can you see anything? This is my sisters sonogram. They told her it's a girl but I really can't see anything.
