every once and a while I will have this extreme pressure in my tummy feel like my baby is trying to come out of it. is that a contraction or is that my baby???? I am so confused

Does it feel like the baby is falling out? Contractions will feel like severe period or stomach cramps.

That sounds normal. I used to always have a sensation that my baby was falling out. It could also be your stomach stretching. I used to think I couldn't stretch anymore and I was going to burst!

Sounds like Braxton hicks. When I get them my stomach turns into a rock and gets super tight!
