i use to early first trimester it would scare me but its nothing to worry about

I had that as well in my first trimester I was coughing a lot and after awhile I pulled a muscle hurt like a mother trucker every time I coughed

Yup! All the time. Its round ligament pains.

They told me nothing really 😩 things like stretching out/light exercising & putting a warm compress (not hot b/c it'll heat up the uterus) can ease the pain.
